Hi, I would like to collapse/expand the description box info when clicking on course title in the combo list view, exactly as it happens when I click on info icon.
How to get this?

Ok, ah, the Lambda theme is commercial and hence no way of knowing its workings. It's also an old conversion of the Essential theme, so I hope that you'll understand that I'm reluctant to support any questions pertaining to it.
