Solution:
Out Moodle-Parameter "auth_ldap | contexts" was not configured well. Some OUs were doubled in the list so that the script-runtime was increased a lot and this caused a script-timeout or something else.
Not our script runs 1xx seconds instead of 15+ Minutes
