Running: Moodle 3.3.1
We are setting up 1 course which consists of 90 lessons (topics) and within each lesson/topics are 8-9 Activities.
The current Activities being used within each of the lessons are Assignment, Forum, Quiz, File, and Page.
I am about 1/4 of the way through with little issues .... except ONE very annoying issue.
I am getting an error when I try to save SOME activities (NOT ALL). What is happening is I add my text and then go to save. Most times it saves with no problems, but I have been getting the following error more often. I try to save and then my screen show me this:
"Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0"
This has now happened at least 8-10 times.
And the URL is this (which seems strange) - https://moodle.artsanywhere.com/course/modedit.php
This may or may not be related but in an earlier lesson the word "from" was causing a Server Error. I took the 2 instances of this word out and it saved fine. Add it back in and Booom----Server Error.
Any idea on what may be going on here?
