how student can bookmark pages ?
There is a plugin block named, User Bookmarks, that will probably do what you want. Even though it says it is for Moodle 2.5 and below, I am using it in Moodle 3.2.3+. I did have to add a few strings to the language file to get rid of some Invalid get_string() identifier: debug messages.
