SCORM packages not loading anymore

Hello,


We recently came across a nasty issue. Our scorm packages that were properly working last week, now they refuse to load. 

All of a sudden (no updates or changes to Moodle platform), scorm packages are not working on Google Chrome any more (tested on several versions), but they still load on IE11. I'm suspecting some security updates on workstations.


In the console of Google Chrome we can see the following errors:

on 2.9.2+ (Build: 20150918)

v2.9.2








on 3.3.1+ (Build: 20170714)

v3.3








When one access any scorm module, it does not show the standard loading circle on the page, it displays a simple two lines text:

"NEXT

PREV"


Does any1 had any similar issue or has any ideea how we could get past this?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

401 error = The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource.

PS La mine merge StoryLine fara nici o problema. Server Apache2.4.6, php 5.6.31, CentOS7.3

It was not an issue of permissions.

Actually, we had some security updates that messed up Google Chrome flash settings.


We solved this by setting a registry key for Google Chrome that permits flash to always run for our LMS platform.
