Does anyone know what s the file called where you can edit the wording for the login page in moodle 3.2?

Edit the wording in the login page? ... mmm don't bother looking for it, you can't, or rather, you can't edit that page directly. But.. you can do it indirectly. If you look at this Moodle Doc on Language Customization, this will provide you with all the information you need.
Thank you for the link. Is there a way to find index.php? I think once i find that i should be able to find the place where it says to create a new account.
