I have found solution for this Yes,

I just uncommented the "always_populate_raw_post_data = -1" in php.ini file and restart the server,So once after i made this changes in php.ini file my all the above mentioned problems( edit Icon not clickable, Add Activity & Resourse button not clickable, Pop up window styles missing and some where pop up window is not working) are solved.
