How can i add course info icon in moodle v3.1 front page inside new coursebox in klass theme?
Well that depends on what you mean by 'coursebox'?
Taking a guess I think you are refering to the Course Summary which you can see on the front page Available Courses listings.
Is this what you mean?

I want the front page of klass theme looks like this and when a users clicks on icon he/she can see Course Summary in popup windows without log in to course.
What happens if you click the Read more button?
Does that show the content of the Summary or does it take you to the course?
When i click Read More if the course is open for guest shows the content of course but if the course is restricted for enrolled user only asks for username and password.

Not a theme thing then, change the enrolment options of the actual course.
