I am trying to install Moodle version 3.3. The process went smoothly, i.e. the page appears in color, images appears correctly. Until after creating the database, the next page appears text only. See the attached screenshot. Note that the database was created correctly.
Could anyone tell me what is going on? I have installed and used version 2.7. It works fine, but I thought I want to upgrade to get new features.
Help, please.
