Where to find appropriate download for moodle old version

Hello,

I  am trying to upgrade to moodle 3.0 and I couldn't find the appropriate version for that. When I download moodle from moodle site, it says dev version...

https://download.moodle.org/releases/legacy/
https://github.com/moodle/moodle/tree/MOODLE_30_STABLE
When I am trying to extract the gzip file, I am getting following error:
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format

How do I download appropriate version 3.0 and 3.1 stable version of moodle?
Can I download moodle through terminal without using wget command?

Thanks

3.0.10 is the last release for Moodle 3.0 and is what you should use if you need 3.0.

3.1.6 is the latest release for Moodle 3.1 which on LTS until May 2019 for security updates only. You can find it on this page:

That errors normally indicates that the download did not come down correctly - try it again...
