We have two Moodle 3.0+ (Build: 20151119) servers. Essentially one is an untouched backup before starting this years courses, and the other is production. This is my first time administering Moodle, and I performed resets with way too many options on the courses in preparation for this year. Now I have a scenario where:
-Old Moodle backup server has correct courses, categories and due dates with no enrolled students
-Production Moodle has correct courses, but missing categories and due dates with students now enrolled.
Any insight on how I can correct this? I basically need to restore just the due dates and categories on the classes from the previous Moodle, but leave enrolled students and hopefully not touch the one or two assignments that have been submitted. I can provide additional info if necessary.
