I'm working with moodle: 3.0.8 and I have following problem:
I want a RSS block on the start page, so the users get notifications of all the course forums they are registered. But the RSS block only shows when I'm in the editing mode. As soon as I turn off the editing mode the block disappears...
Does somebody have a guess what I'm doing wrong?

I think you need to add some feeds to it for it to appear for people.

I already added feeds to the block. Do you have another guess?
You need to select one or both of those feeds for it to display. It's only showing the available feeds at the moment.

I've got another problem Jon.
I added 3 feeds to the block, but now I can't add another one.
Normally I find the RSS-feed with that button
but in 2 other forums moodle displays me this:
So I'm not able to add the remaining feeds to the RSS-block. I tried it with a standard theme, so this time it's not because of adaptable
Do you have any idea if I can get the RSS-link without the button "RSS-feed for article"?

That's likely to be because the forums don't have RSS switched on. Edit each of the forum's settings and scroll down to the RSS section, then choose 'posts'.
