Hi, 

I am new to Moodel Mobile. 

I am using android mobile phone.

In the app when I press private files, it tells me to select picture,video, file it opens respective mobile app. However when I press audio, it throws a error "You do not have an app installed to perform this action"

I have a normal Audio recorder that comes with Android & I have another Audio recorder which records mp3 voice files. 

Arn't they compatible with mobile app? 

What should I do to make the Audio Recorder working?

Hi,

we are aware of this issue, it is happening in newer Android devices. It seems to be a bug in the framework we use (Cordova), we'll be updating to the latest version of the framework for the next release so hopefully it will be fixed.
