SCORM PAckages not working Moodle 3.2+

Hi there,

I've moved from one server to another and updated to version to 3.2+.  However the new Moodle doesn't run the SCORM files.  Download and checked the packages and there's nothing wrong with the SCORM package.  Are there any reasons why this might happen.

I have read https://docs.moodle.org/32/en/Apache#Slasharguments

I have a .htaccess file with the necessary AcceptPathInfo On line in it.

I have a similar issue. The SCORM package works fine elsewhere but does not display in Moodle. 

Once it opens, there is  gray button with course name on top

A message is displayed - Activitiy loading

Then it disappears and stage remains blank. 


I am using the same Moodle Cloud version to host.

What kind of scorm packages are playing up? What type of content is it? I produce scorm packages and they work fine in my own 322+ builds.

i have same problem. i using moodle 3.3

i've made necessary changes on the php.ini file and httpd.conf, but still unable to upload the SCORM (Articulate SL2  v2.11.3331.0).

the SCORM file size is only 5mb. 

I tried uploading 200mb video (as file resource) file. it only took 20 seconds to upload.


please help!
