I have been experiencing a very weird problem about Captivate and Moodle. I am using Captivate 10 on Mac Pro. When I create some activities or quizzes on Captivate and upload them on Moodle and try to open them , they do not open at my first try.
When I try to preview the uploaded file, a loading icon appears but it does not open the content. Then I refresh and try to open the content again it usually opens. The same thing happens on mobile phones and desktops as well.
Any help or idea is welcome.
