My moodle platform administrators are trying to upload a scorm file and they received the following error (The error is displayed after I put the platform in dev mode)
We're using Amazon Aurora Mysql 5.6.10 and Moodle 2.7, I can upload the same scorm in a 2.3, 2.8, 2.9 and 3.2 Installations. I'm guessing the Mysql Version is the problem but we have the same one running on Moodle 2.3.
