how to download mobile moodle?
Download it from the app store on your device?
Unless this is to customise it, which I have done in the past (changing styles, colours, etc): https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_Mobile_Customization#Configuring_how_the_app_should_work_via_Moodle_site_settings
Or change large chunks of it and publish as your own app - there's a few pages about this, search was the best way for me to find them (the structure and linkage between what's there without searching isn't great mobile team, could someone try and smooth it out please):
