Hi,

We are moodle developers associated with organization (IIT Bombay's FOSSEE ,IIT Bombay is the leading Engineering Institute in India and FOSSEE is the open source development project undertaken at IIT Bombay) .We have recently started contibuting to Moodle which are done individually as of now and would like to ask is there any way to have organizational credits to our contributions as we are associated with the organization and contributions are being sponsored by this organization itself.

Can we create a team "IITB FOSSEE" (organisation) to identify our contirbutions to moodle code?

All Moodle contributions should come form an individual.

One way to get credit to your organisation is to use your organisational email address. For example, all my Moodle commits have my @open.ac.uk email address in the commit info.

Also, https://moodle.org/dev/contributions.php links peoples contributions to their Moodle.org profile. Ensure that your staff have a profile set up here, which includes their affiliation.

Those are the main things I can think of.
