Download V3.2.1.1 from: https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=13513 with the changes:
1. Fix '"bordercolour" is set to 0 when creating courses using the "Upload courses" tool' - CONTRIB-6655.
2. Fix 'Arrows and cursors in M3.2 with RTL' - #41.
Notes: Clean up CSS after MDL-57869 is fixed.
Rebuilt YUI JS with Shifter - https://docs.moodle.org/dev/YUI/Shifter.
3. Fix 'Managers assigned at Course Category levels cannot create a course with grid format selected' - #42.
4. Fix position of shadebox with Essential / Boost theme - #45.
5. Fix missing closing 'div'.
6. Fix position of section title when inside the grid box and section title tooltip width.
7. Incorrect word in 'defaultsectiontitleboxinsideposition' setting option - #46.
8. Changed overlay and shadebox z-index to 2 for the Essential theme. If proven issues then will need to be somehow dynamic.
