Hi, 

My quiz result block is disabled. I want to add the block to my course. My moodle version is 2.9 9.

In one Moodle version around then, the old Quiz results block was removed, and instead there is a new Activity results block, which can show the results of any type of activity (including quizzes).

So, the suggest is that you start using that instead.
