Dear moodlers,
I have developed a little and very basic local plugin.
I can enable/disable it using a config field in settings.php, but I'm sure it is not the right way.
Just need to know how to give it the ability to be enabled/disabled by clicking the classic "eye icon" from the plugin overview page (after having clicked on the "gear icon" near to "local plugin" section)
