Glossary

Hi folks,

concerned with comment notification within glossaries I have 
a special question.

Say, somebody comments on a glossary entry, we want to let the composer of
the original entry know via mail. If someone else adds a further
comment, we’d like to send an email to all participants of the 
thread. Basically we would use a cronjob. However, I can’t find 
a way to configure this business logic by Moodle means, i.e.
to assign the correct email address’. Is this possible e.g. with the 
help of messages/events? 
Or do we need individual programming ? Maybe a script in cli folder
able to include mail classes and can be use as a second cronjob ?
