Dear all,
I solved the "undefined " popup by increasing the memory limit in php settings in the cpanel from 64 to 256M. see attached

Solved - Thanks Evariste. I increased memory_limit to 312M and the pop-up is gone.

I had to increase to 1GB, but it solved the issue. Thank you! I have had this problem several weeks now. You saved my day!!!!
