Identical issue. Upgraded from 3.2.1 to 3.2.2+ (CentOS, PHP 5.6.25) this morning due to security issue, popover appears endlessly once editing is turned on, extremely annoying.
Altered php.ini to uncomment "always_populate_raw_post_data = -1" . That removes errors in the log but pop up still appears. Tried purging cache, restarted apache, restarted the whole server.
