Roles and permissions

Hello Helen

We are working on moodle 2.7.x version . And as we see there's the permission to add people block under admin for manager when we check under permissions. But as when i am logged in with manager role user and when editing the block there's no people block to adding on while viewing the course.

Is there's any issue in moodle 2.7 version for this?

Can you please help me out?
