Guys, we have a solution.
We have a 'practice' test in the course which a delegate needs to pass.
We use the scores from that practice to give us a random paper.
Random Paper 1 appears if practice score 60-70%
Random Paper 2 appears if practice score 70-80%
etc etc
Its not completely random, but what is. hehe . It seems to work well.
