I have installed moodle locally in my system and i had added some zip files to the course....
my question is can I view those files within the package ?
and my moodle folder name is 'moodle12'
Yes, if you uploaded the zip file into a File or Folder Resource. If so, go into Edit settings for it, right click on the file icon in the Select files area, and then click on the Unzip file button.
