Hi All, 

I just tested the same account in two device. My android can receive the notification, but ios 8.4 can't. 

In the message preference page, under moodle mobile registered device, the account doesn't show my ios 8.4 but show iOS 9.3.5.

Is this reason why the ios 8.4 can't receive the notification alert? 

If yes, how to correct it?

Hi Mei,

maybe is an incompatibility of the Push notifications plugin we use with that ios version, I did a quick search in google and it seems to be failing in others iOS 8

We'll check if we are using the latest version of that plugin (and hopefully it will be fixed)
