Im trying to develop a theme for totara based on moodle version 2.9.8 and i've run into some problem. My theme is a stand alone theme and it works ok so far. The only problem is some YUI-elements that does not appear to be working correctly. For example: the boxes that appear when you click on a help icon, doesnt function properly. It can't be moved around and it can't be closed either.
When i set parent element to the bootstrap base theme it works, but I can't see what bootstrap does that my theme does not, that could make these YUI elements work properly. So what is missing in my theme?
