Does anyone know the config key to disable in-app signups? I can't seem to find clean documentation on all possible config settings.

do you want to disable sing-up in your custom app? Or do you want to disable sign-up in the official app (from Play Store) in your site?

Turns out I was able to hide that area of the login page by modifying the html view.
Looks like it is controlled via the Moodle allow signups setting.
