Does anyone know where I can download these standards in CSV format, with the appropriate column headings to "Import competency framework" into Moodle 3.1?
Try these.
I imported them with https://github.com/damyon/moodle-tool_lpimportccss and exported them as CSV.
I'll put them on https://moodle.net/mod/data/view.php?id=27 now.
