Well you will need your own Moodle site to be an administrator of. This is just the site where Moodle is discussed and help provided, it's not *your* Moodle site.
The easiest way to try out Moodle is to create a Moodle site at https://moodle.com/cloud/
Hello Giada. This site is not for using with students. It is the main Moodle site where people discuss and download Moodle. Please read the About Moodle FAQ which will explain Moodle and give you some places you can go to get a site and be an administrator.
