while selecting the course and select backup in the 3rd stage ( Confirm And Review) in this time screen in blank. Why?

Please turn on Debugging then post again with the error message that is displayed.
while selecting backup 1.Initial settings, 2. Scheme settings, 3. confirmation and review in this onwards its blank white screen.
This is the error am getting

Did you turn debugging to full developer mode? If not, please do that and then see what messages appear.
The default execution time in PHP is 30 seconds. Could be that the backup process is taking longer than that max. Try increasing max_execution_time in your PHP config to something higher ... 90 is a guess.
While you are at it ... might also increase:
max_input_vars > 1000
Change to php settings requires restart of apache/web service.
Then try the backup again - stepping through each screen ... not skipping to the end.
