Enrollment issue after AD's new OU integration

I am facing an issue with the enrollment of single user. I faced the issue just after adding new AD's OU users in LMS. I got the below error "Syntax error Invalid Character". Please suggest the solution. Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you might have upper case characters or strange characters in the usernames from your new OU.
