I've installed Moodle 3.1 on my Windows laptop, it appears to be successful, I'm able to create users, add themes, create courses, etc., but when I try to restore a course, backed up from another 3.1 Moodle, each course I've tried, the progress bar stops and that's as far as it gets. I've tried with a range of file sizes down to 150 MB, I have tried resetting the file upload size, nothing works. Is there a reason for this, can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks!
Probably hitting a timeout somewhere - is the progress bar timing out on the upload of the backup file or the restoration progress?
