Forum Email Notification are not getting delivered or sent  to forum subscribers. Any discussion thread can be opened and replied to, Though the message is visible only after the user is explicitly logs in to their moodle portal. There is no email notification.

Tried to run the cron jobs, its showing the following error:

Please suggest the solution to this problem.
