Hi Adele,

While working on a different issue report related to the "wait for moderator" feature not working properly I found a bug that is now fixed and will be part of a minor update to the current version v2.1.1 -> v2.1.2


I remembered this post and the discussion we had through email and thought this may be the cause of your problem.


Would you be willing to try this version and tell us if that solves your problem?
