Matching questions in Lesson

Hi, last year, when creating a new matching question in a Moodle lesson, I could always add  more then 4 matching by clicking a button called something like "Add more matching questions" or "Add more answers", I don't remember the exact name of the button. This year this button disapeared. I guess the administrator did an upgrade and disable this option. What should we do to get it back?

In attachement, you can see that I don't have this button anymore.

Hello. In a lesson you can increase the possible number of questions from Lesson administration>Appearance, if you need more than four. I don't myself remember the Lesson activity having this "add more questions" button, but I do know that the Quiz activity has it - are you perhaps thinking of the quiz matching question?
