Hi,
I submitted a new plugin https://moodle.org/plugins/block_anderspink quite a few weeks ago and it still says "Waiting for approval". I haven't had any messages apart from a bot saying about some code validation issues.
Is there someone I can contact about what the state of my block is?
Do the code formatting issues mean it's automatically blocked from being approved? Or should I continue to wait for the status to change or to receive a message from a reviewer?

I believe Marina (or one of the other HQ developers) commented on a similar query not long ago that they have all been entirely tied up with the Moodle3.2 release over the last couple of weeks.
Worth asking (as you have), but probably a little more patience may be the answer given the proximity of the 3.2 release and the workload for HQ around the testing and release processes
Hope your plugin gets approved soon.

I second Richards comments. The good news is that the plugins do get looked at by a proper clever* human being and once it is in the database, future updates are straightforward.

Hi Jake. I am sorry for the reviews taking so long. Your plugin is currently #7 in the queue of plugins waiting for the initial approval review. There are plugins queuing for much longer than yours We generally check them in FIFO order and we will eventually get to them all. Thank you for the patience.
