Firstly, thank you so much for your help with this issue - I really appreciate it.
I have tried to change the BINLOG_FORMAT, but my host tells me that: On shared hosting platform, the MySQL directive binlog_format cannot be updated since we do not offer SUPER user privilege.
I was wondering if you might have any other ideas I could try?
