I have a sub routine that runs after the \core\event\user_enrolment_deleted event. I need to know what the role is that was just removed, but I don't appear to have a way to do that. Any help would be lovely.

You probably want to observe the \core\event\role_unassigned event instead, if you are interested in roles rather than enrolments.
