Sorry, I think I replied another post. Your issue is not related to the frontpage. Is related to Bootstrapbase.
This issue was fixed in previous versions and I can't replicate it. It looks well now, so not sure if the patch will fix the issue:

I entered the CSS code but it did not change the position.
I have the same problem on my desktop, laptop, and iPad Mini so it is evidently not a screen resolution problem.
As I reported earlier, I am using Moodle 3.1+ and Adaptable 1.2.3 so I should have up-to-date code.
I'll keep looking.

Sorry but I can't replicate it. I tested several pages with radio buttons using the moodle test course and all are displayed well.
