UPDATE:
I think NFS is the best solution for this problem right now. There is a minor delay when Moodle runs on NFS but its clearly better than EFS.
QUESTION:
What if I have files on EFS and $CFG->cachedir on NFS where all nodes are sharing? Will this be a valid solution? Thoughts?
