i am experiencing the same problem with moodle 3.2 and 3.2.1+ after . No images are shown in courses and quizzes as described by the others. I even made a new installation of moodle 3.2.1+ but images did not appear.
My hosting provider is bluehost. 1 month ago there was no problem (php 5.6 moodle 3.2) . Now i have tested with php 5.6 and php7 with no success.
The path of moodledata directory is correct. Also Varnish HTTP Cache is supported ( image from moodle> admin > server > enviroment)
Any ideas how to fix it ? thanks
