Hi Mary, I believe I have perhaps done it again....
An error occurred during registration, please try again later. (Your new site url is already existing on {$a}. It could come from a bad database on {$a} or a previous registration. We have a number of sites registered on moodle. The primary is working correctly
https://moodle.concordia.ca
I believe we also have:
https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle
I am having problems with this one: https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle
I know why. I have just taken a db copy of our production moodle site (https://moodle.concordia.ca/moodle) and recreated a copy in
https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle
It must be using the siteid from our prod site????
Can you please delete the https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle registration and I will re-register it. I do not want to have issues with my production site. Please advise.
Eric
