Cannot re-register site.

I am trying to re-register my site. I made some changes to the information about it. However, I keep getting

An error occurred during registration, please try again later. (Your new site url is already existing on {$a}. It could come from a bad database on {$a} or a previous registration. Alert the hub administrator. You could have to unregister your site and register again. You must tell the hub administrator if you want to keep your already published courses, as he will need to delete your previous registration. | ERRORCODE: urlalreadyexist)
Your site is registered. Registration last updated 23 August 2016.

The 'Site registration' scheduled task keeps your registration up to date. You can also manually update your registration at any time.

Not sure how I contact the hub administrator.  My site is http://www.jfinnan.com/shs/moodle

Hello there. I just unregistered your site -can you try again now and see if it will register for you? And if not, then send me a message referring to your site and this conversation to support @ moodle.org or to me mary @ moodle.com?

I noticed that you also have a site registered http://www.jfinnan.com/shs/moodle2  - which doesn't seem to lead anywhere? Might that be causing the confusion?

Success! Yeah, deleted moodle2 site. And if I hit Update again, it comes back with Site registration updated again.

Hello Mary, it appears as if we are in the same boat at concordia university in montreal.

I tried re-registering our site and got the email was sent to the admin.


Can you please verify fro me

The old admin email address may be invalid.  We are hoping to enable the message notifications for mobile and need a key for  airnotifier.

Note I sent an email yesterday to support@moodle.org

We have a number of sites registered on moodle.  The primary is working correctly

I believe we also have:

https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle

I am having problems with this one: https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle


I know why.  I have just taken a db copy of our production moodle site (https://moodle.concordia.ca/moodle) and recreated a copy in

https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle


It must be using the siteid from our prod site????


Can you please delete the https://moodle-snbx.concordia.ca/moodle registration and I will re-register it.  I do not want to have issues with my production site.  Please advise.

Forget about it.  I was and am the admin of the old site and this one and I was able to clear all my hub info from the database dump and reregister.  I was sent the email from moodle allowing me to re-register.  All is fine.  thanks
