when trying to upgrade assignments via the Assignment upgrade helper, I'm getting this debug info
Debug info: Column 'sendstudentnotifications' cannot be null
INSERT INTO mdl_assign
So thought I'd check the assignment settings only to find can't get to those - just get assignment 2.2 is disabled
So went to managing activities - assignment 2.2 listed but as disabled with no option to enable
Am on v3 and not sure what to do next
