Hi,
I am having an issue with moodle where I cannot add any blocks to the front page with our existing install. If I point to a fresh moodle data directory and database, it works, but not with the existing data. This moodle site was originally setup with v2.9 and has been upgraded over the past several months to the latest weekly release. There are currently no additional plugins installed.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what specifically is preventing me from adding blocks to the front page? We do not know how long this has been an issue, so restoring from a backup is a no go.
