Hello,

I have a course that i exported from a moodle and now i want to import it to another moodle platform

Ofcourse I am using Moodle 3.1 and I have upload limit 128.

The course is 300 MB and i dont want to increase the upload limit.

So i try to upload it via FTP and execute import - restore.

I cant find though the folder that i have to add teh mbz file

Any help PLEASE?

Best Regards!

You would basically have to drill the file structure until you find a folder with another backup, put it there and then try and figure out what course it ended up in.  It would be easier to set up a repository like dropbox and put the file there and restore it from there.

I have created a backup of an empty lesson.

Backup's name is backup-moodle2-course-19-bsgrnew-20160902-1413.mbz.

I am on cpanel i search for bsgrnew to moodle data and to public_html and i get no results.

Prolly i am doing something wrong. Any ideas?

Are you searching recursively? It is going to be buried several levels down.  I can't remember if moodle changes the name.  You might try searching for .mbz
