I think Dominique nicely summarises the same conclusion I reached:
'Nevertheless, it is more logical to have "After the quiz is close" take
precedence over "Immediately after the attempt", than the other way
around. Also, I cannot think of a situation where this change in
precedence would cause any problem.'
Having got this far, it is now easier to get this fixed, rather than leave it hanging around, so: MDL-55815.
